To give you the highest quality at more-than reasonable prices, we have partnered with some of the most experienced craftsmen and manufacturers from all over the world. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. Regular consumers do not have access to our global partners, so we want to pass the significant savings to you.
Do you ship worldwide?
We sure do! We provide FREE shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.
How long does the shipping take?
Because we want to give you as much value as possible, some of our products are shipped directly from our global partners and your items may take 2 to 6 weeks to arrive. Due to factors out of our control such as customs inspections, your item(s) may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Processing of orders will be within 2-3 business days.

Do you provide tracking information?
Of course! You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us. Please let us know if you do not receive your item(s) from us within the timeframe mentioned and we will take prompt care of you.
How will my package(s) be shipped?
We ship from different sweat-free factories all around the world. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
My tracking says "No information available at the moment"
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and you may be required to pay custom fees when they arrive at your country.
It's been over 6+ weeks and I have not received my order, what can I do?
Please contact us and our helpful support staff will promptly take care whether it's a refund or a replacement.
I entered my address wrong! Can you please change it?
Yes! Please contact us within 24 hours and we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
Fitness Backyard is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. Fitness Backyard will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your country, and
- The customer refuses to accept the package; or
- No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package
Fitness Backyard reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Fitness Backyard (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
